Simply sign the bottom of the quotation and return it to our office with payment of a 50% deposit for your share. If neighbours are to be contacted we will issue them with a fencing notice. If the fence is going to be full cost to yourself, we will arrange a construction date with you at the time you return your signed quotation.
We will issue you with a Tax invoice after completion of your fence. You then have 7 days in which to finalize your account.
One of our estimators will be happy to meet with you and discuss your fencing requirements. We are also happy to replicate any timber fencing style you have seen and would like, providing we can sight the original fence or a photograph.
Raking is the term used for gently sloping the fence from full height to a lower height (low panels). The low panels are commonly half height sections of fence and can extend for any nominated distance. Typically raked and low panels are used in driveways to allow clear vision for vehicles leaving driveways.
In the first instance, speak to your neighbour personally and try to come to some arrangement. If the neighbour remains adamant they are not paying, you have the option of either paying full cost for the fence or else taking the matter to court.
Customers have the choice of either treated pine or hardwood fence, and also the option of cypress, hardwood or concrete posts.
